Yesterday I had my first appointment with Roy and Cathy in Biddenden. They had purchased a new laptop to replace their old one and needed some help setting it up and wanted to learn how to transfer data from their old laptop to their new one. I was thrilled to receive this email from them later that day:

We want to thank you for your advice and help with our new computer, you were so helpful professional and patient.
Cathy was so relieved that you managed to get the printer working; I know that we could never have got there ourselves!
